Spring 2010 Performance Report

Every six months, One Acre Fund pulls together a performance report that provides our donors with an honest view of our progress. Our most recent report, for the six months ending April 2010, discusses the following accomplishments:

• Grew program size from 12,000 farm families to 23,000 farm families, serving more than 92,000 children
• Had our seventh harvest, increasing take-home farm income by 100% per acre, with 99% of farmers repaying program fees
• Covered 60% of our field costs through farmer repayments, up from 45% six months ago, which will continue to go up over time

This report briefly concludes with our audited 2009 financials and our vision for the future, which we are truly excited about. We have a good start, but momentum is building at a terrifice pace, and we are on track to create life-change for 100,000 families in the next 36 months. This momentum is largely due to you, our loudest supporters.

• Covered 45% of our field costs through farmer repayments, up from 35% six months ago, which will continue to go up over time

• Had our fifth harvest, increasing take-home farm income by 100% per acre, with 98% of farmers repaying program fees
• Covered 35% of our field costs through farmer repayments, which will improve over time

• More than tripled program size to over 2,000 farm families, serving more than 8,000 children
• Completed our fourth harvest, increasing take-home farm income by 100%, with 97% of farmers successfully repaying program fees
• Covered 15% of our field costs through farmer repayments, a percentage which will increase over time

This report details our accomplishments from May 2007 through October 2007. A few key highlights:

• Doubled program size to 600 farm families, serving more than 2000 children
• Completed our third harvest, increasing take-home farm income by 100%, with 97% of farmers successfully repaying program fees
• Covered 15% of our field costs through farmer repayments, a percentage which will increase over time
